We are a well-known medical distributor in Hong Kong. Over the years, we strive to offer wide range of high quality and safety medical instruments, medical devices and medical consumable to meet the needs and requirements of the healthcare professionals in both public and private hospitals, medical clinic, specialty clinic, veterinary centers/hospitals and beauty centers in HK and Macau. To cope with the business expansion, we are looking for appropriate candidates to the following positions:

Sales Executive
Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the daily sales activities to hospitals, clinics and healthcare institutions in HK
  • Accountable for achieving annual sales target as well as ability to develop new accounts and expand client base for the assigned territories
  • Establish and maintain positive relationship with clients, KOLs and professionals in healthcare industry
  • Keep updated with marketing trends and sales activities of competitors and make the management team and respective marketing colleagues aware of any changes that could affect the sales objectives as stated in the marketing plans
  • Required to equip and update product and therapy knowledge in order to deliver on-site support and conduct demonstration to customers
Job Requirements
  • University graduate, major in life science/healthcare related discipline is preferred
  • A minimum of 2 years working experiences, preferably in healthcare industry
  • Familiar with the HA tender procedure and procurement policies would be a definite plus
  • Have strong business sense and knowledge of key trends of healthcare industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with professional customer service manner
  • Be responsible, honest, outgoing, patient and ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is preferable, knowledge of Microsoft office operations
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered to Entry-level sales position
  • Immediate available is preferred
Work Location: Kowloon Bay

Basic salary + Commission, 5 working days, bank holidays, medical allowance will be offered to suitable candidate.

Technical / Service Engineer (Diagnostic/ Medical Device)
Job Responsibilities
  • Sustain operational excellence, such as but not limited to troubleshooting, installation, validation, maintenance and in-house inspection on designated devices
  • Determine the solution and tackle technical problems for customers to maintain service quality
  • Provide technical support and in-service training to customers and the sales team
  • Participate in solution design to meet market/client needs
  • Support in adhoc duties assigned by the managers
Job Requirements
  • University graduate in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology/System or equivalent
  • At least have 4-5 years working experiences, hand-on experience in Electronics Engineering and healthcare industry is an advantage
  • Preferable with solid experience in Window Server, network device configuration (firewall, switch, VLAN, ACL, DHCP, VPN, routing etc) and product knowledge of automation systems or digital technology
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skill, self-motivated with good communication skill and able to work independently
  • Familiar with MS office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is advantageous
  • Grade A Electrical Work preferred but not a must

System Engineer
Job Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day PC/LAN administration and troubleshoot hardware, software, networking and configuration problems in PCs, notebooks and network printers, ERP system and internal system/applications supports
  • Assist in planning of Digital initiative to support business growth
  • Coordinate with technical team for software designs and implementation
  • Support in adhoc duties assigned by the managers
Job Requirements
  • University graduate in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology/System or equivalent
  • At least 2-3 years working experiences with hand-on experience in system and IT support. Preferable with solid experience in Window Server, network device configuration (firewall, switch, VLAN, ACL, DHCP, VPN, routing etc) and ERP system
  • Passionate about new technology, creative, good analytical and problem-solving skill, selfmotivated with good communication skill and able to work independently
  • Familiar with MS office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is advantageous
